CZECH MODEL BASS
Made in New York circa 2022, the Bass is a 3/4 size flatback model with upper violin corners and lower Busetto ( Prescott) corners. The top is slab cut fir. The back is a two piece highly flamed Italian Poplar. The ribs are of matching character poplar to the back table. The neck and scroll are of highly figured Italian Poplar with individual Mirecourt designed brass tuning gears. The varnish is a deep brownish amber color, quite antiqued in nature. The bass is equipped with a Kolstein Low-C extension with Anzellotti closures. The instrument is in excellent condition.
