  • Top table is two-piece medium vertical grained spruce
  • Back table is two-piece moderately flamed maple with the flame descending slightly from the center joint
  • Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
  • Original scroll of plain grained maple with a moderately flamed maple neck graft
  • Varnish is deep reddish amber
  • Tonal qualities: characteristic Neapolitan sound typical of Gagliano instruments of this period - deep and lush with strong projection across all registers
  • Fully restored to excellent condition
  • Overall body length: 76 cm.
  • Width at the upper bout: 33.8 cm.
  • Width at the center bout: 23.7 cm.
  • Width at the lower bout: 43.6 cm.
