  • Top table is a six-piece plate of spruce, ranging in grain from fine at the outer flanks to modified slab-cut at the center section
  • Back table is a two-piece plate of slab-cut willow with the maker's initials branded below the neck block button
  • Ribs of matching willow to that of the back table
  • Original scroll of plain grained poplar with a modified flamed maple neck graft
  • Individual decorative Busan style tuners mounted on brass plates
  • Varnish is deep reddish brown
  • Marvelous example of Giovanni Cavani workmanship. Wonderful condition and a truly masterful bass tonally.
