This bass is a full cut 3/4 size Violincornered Flatback Bass Violin
Top table is a six piece sectional table of fine to medium vertical grain spruce
Back table is a two piece sectional table of slab cut Pearwood
Ribs are of matching character Pearwood to that of the back table
Scroll is original of Pearwood with a flamed maple neck graft
Gear are individual Baker style tuning gears mount on a brass plate
Varnish is a lush brownish amber color
This Bass offers a most unique powerful projecting sound in all registers with great depth.. A most impressive orchestral bass of the highest quality.
