- Top table is two-piece medium vertical grained spruce
- Back table is two-piece broad flamed maple
- Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
- Original scroll of plain grained maple with a moderately flamed maple neck graft
- Varnish is deep brownish amber
- Tonal qualities: large, robust sound with beautiful sonority typical of this fine Neapolitan maker
- This fine example of Vinaccia workmanship was fully restored by Samuel Kolstein & Son Violinmakers. The top of this violin was expertly repaired, and the instrument is in mint condition.
