7/8 Size, Violin Cornered, Round Back Model
Made in Germany c. 1986
- Top table is a two-piece plate of fine vertical grained spruce
- Back table is a two-piece plate of moderately flamed maple with the flames descending slightly from the center joint
- Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
- Scroll and neck are original of slightly figured maple
- Individual brass tunning gears
- Varnish is light reddish brown
- Excellent condition
- Overall body length: 44 1/4 in.
- Width at the upper bout: 21 1/4 in.
- Width at the center bout: 15 1/2 in.
- Width at the lower bout: 26 1/2 in.
- Mensure (string length): 41 3/4 in.
