Top table is a two-piece plate of medium grained English pine
Back table is a two-piece plate of broad flamed English maple
Ribs of matching English maple to that of the back table
Original scroll of of slight figured maple with a moderately flamed maple neck graft
Brass tuners mounted on decorative brass plates
Varnish is deep reddish brown with amber hues
Instrument is branded below the neck block button. This is truly one of the finest examples of Cole workmanship. A masterful bass of the highest quality.
