- Top table is two-piece medium vertical grained spruce
- Back table is one-piece moderately flamed maple
- Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
- Scroll and neck are original of moderately flamed maple
- Varnish is deep brownish amber
- A masterful violin in sound and quality of workmanship. One of the finest examples of this extraordinary maker.
