Made in Ravenna, Italy c. 1901
- Top table is two-piece medium vertical grained spruce
- Back table is two-piece moderately flamed maple with the flame descending slightly from the center joint
- Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
- Original scroll of plain grained maple with a moderately flamed maple neck graft
- Varnish is reddish brown
- Tonal qualities: impressive depth, projection and evenness; lush “Italian school” sound
- Excellent condition
- Overall body length: 356 mm.
- Width at the upper bout: 164 mm.
- Width at the center bout: 109 mm.
- Width at the lower bout: 204 mm.
