Made in France c. 1750
- Top table is two-piece medium vertical grained spruce
- Back table is two-piece plain grained maple with slightly flamed character
- Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
- Original scroll of plain grained maple with a highly flamed maple neck graft
- Varnish is a beautiful, transparent, reddish amber
- This fine cello has a wonderfully deep, pointed sound of great quality
- The instrument was fully restored by the Kolstein & Son Violin Shop in 1999 and is in excellent condition
- Overall body length: 73.2 cm.
