Top table is a two-piece plate of medium vertical grained spruce
Back table is a two-piece plate of plain grained maple
Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
Scroll and neck are original of plain grained maple
Varnish is deep reddish brown
Tonal qualities: large deep, projecting; excellent for both orchestral and jazz requirements
