Top table is two-piece fine vertical grained spruce
Back table is two-piece moderately flamed maple
Maker’s initials are engraved in the back of the neck block button
Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
Scroll and neck are original of plain grained maple
Varnish is dark reddish brown
This exquisite instrument is perfect for the player looking for a smaller dimensioned viola with the sound quality and projection of a larger instrument
