The back table is a two piece plate of broad flamed English maple with an original
John Betts brand situated below the neck block button
The ribs are of a matching character English maple to that of the back table
The scroll is original of moderate figured maple with a slight figured maple
neck graft
The varnish is a brownish amber with slight reddish hues
