Back table is two-piece sectional table of slab cut poplar
Ribs of matching slab cut poplar to that of the back table
Original neck and scroll of slight figured poplar
The gears are individual brass rococo tuners
Varnish is deep reddish brown color
Tonal qualities: lush, dark, projecting sound; even in all registers
