  • Back table is a two-piece plate of broad flamed Italian poplar
  • Ribs of matching poplar to that of the back table
  • Original scroll of plain grained poplar with a plain grained maple neck graft
  • Italian style individual brass tuning gears mounted on decorative brass plates
  • Varnish is deep brownish amber
  • This bass is a wonderful example of Pressenda influence Turin workmanship. Marvelous orchestral and solo capabilities; truly a first class, master level instrument.
