  • Top table is a two-piece plate of modified slab-cut fir
  • Back table is a two-piece plate of slab-cut poplar
  • Ribs of matching poplar to that of the back table
  • Scroll and neck are original of slightly figured maple
  • Decorative individual bass tuning gears
  • Varnish is deep reddish brown
  • This bass is truly an amazing orchestral bass with a smaller stature for ease of solo capacity playing. It has great projection, wonderful sonarity of its tonal qualities. A wonderful example of this maker's workmanship.
