  • Ribs of slightly flamed maple
  • Original scroll of plain grained maple with a moderately flamed maple neck graft
  • Varnish is deep reddish brown
  • Tonal qualities: extremely lush sound typical of Italian school instruments; open in all registers with excellent projection; a truly lovely violin
  • Fully restored to excellent condition
