  • Back table is two-piece slab-cut poplar with slight flaming
  • Ribs of plain grained poplar
  • Original scroll of moderately flamed maple with a broad flamed maple neck graft
  • Varnish is deep reddish brown with amber hues
  • This violin produces a deep, lush sound that is even in all registers - a fine example of Italian craftsmanship both aesthetically and tonally
  • Fully restored to excellent condition
