  • Top and back tables have the traditional double inlaid line purfling
  • Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table with ebony inserts located at the neck block
  • Original scroll of plain grained calantas with a plain grained maple neck graft
  • The gears are individual brass rococo tuners
  • Varnish is reddish brown
  • Tonal qualities: lush, dark, projecting sound; even in all registers
