This fine Bass is a most impressive Orchestral Bass Violin with great solo capabilities. It offers deep lush projecting tone, quite even throughout the full registers of the instrument. It was made by the famed Bassist and Luthier Philip Sklar, prinicipal bassist of the NBC Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Arturo Toscanini
