  • Top table is two-piece fine vertical grained spruce
  • Back table is two-piece moderately flamed maple
  • Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
  • Original scroll of moderately flamed maple with a moderately flamed maple neck graft
  • Varnish is deep reddish brown with amber hues
  • This fine example of Giovanni Schwartz workmanship has a quality of sound similar to Degani violins with great depth and strong projection
