  • Top table is a two-piece plate of medium vertical grained spruce
  • Back table is a two-piece plate of moderately figured maple
  • Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table with maple outer moldings adjoining both the back and top tables
  • Scroll and neck are original of moderately flamed maple
  • Individual brass inlaid tuning gears
  • Varnish is deep reddish brown
  • A great orchestral bass, but truly amazing jazz qualities. A bass that must be heard to be fully appreciated.
