  • Top table is a five-piece plate of slab-cut fir ranging in grain from moderate to medium at the center section
  • Back table is a two-piece plate of slab-cut willow with a sectioned wing at both the upper and lower right bouts
  • Scroll and neck are original most probably the work of Eugenio Degani, Chiericato's maestro and employer
  • The gears are original individual brass tuning gears mounted on brass plates
  • Varnish is deep reddish brown
  • Excellent condition
  • Overall body length: 44 in.
  • Width at the upper bout: 19 3/8 in.
  • Width at the center bout: 13 3/4 in.
  • Width at the lower bout: 26 3/8 in.
  • Mensure (string length): 41 3/8 in.
