  • Back table is two-piece highly flamed maple
  • Ribs of matching maple to that of the back table
  • Scroll and neck are original of moderately flamed maple
  • Varnish is a very nice quality light brownish amber
  • Tonal qualities: very large, projecting, dark sound with excellent definition in all ranges
  • This fine viola is in perfect condition
